ANIH Berhad (939539-X) is a privately owned company which was formed to acquire another company that operates Karak Expressway, Karak Expressway was formerly owned by MTD Prime Sdn. Bhd (MTD Prime) and Metramac Corporation Sdn. Bhd (Metramac).
According to marc.com.my, ANIH acquires the toll concession by proceeds from the RM 2.5 billion rated Sukuk Programme and RM 620 million unrated junior bonds.
However, it is unclear about who are the shareholders of ANIH.
The concession assets to be acquired are the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KL-Karak), Phase 1 of the East Coast Expressway (ECE1), the East-West Link (EWL) and the KL-Seremban Expressway.
