Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) was established as one of the methods to restructure Malaysian flag carrier, Malaysia Airlines. Malaysian Government through its investment arm, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, holds 100% stake in Malaysia Aviation Group.

The group is divided into four distinct categories, which are Air Transportation Services, Ground Services & Engineering, Aircraft Leasing and Talent Development.
